Trimethylaminuria

Level 1 – Surface Web

Also known as “fish odor syndrome,” this is a rare metabolic disorder where the body is unable to break down trimethylamine, leading to a strong, fishy odor. Theories suggest that this condition may have been exploited in secret medical experiments or used as a biological weapon in low-key psychological warfare. Some also speculate that its prevalence is higher than reported, but suppressed due to social stigma.
