In all likelyhood everything we do is under surveillance, and not neccessarily by law enforcement, but more likely advertisers. Look into how to the facebook pixel works to see how much of your data is tracked. The video is certainly not what the topic is suggesting but if a regualr person can do that in a few minute for super cheap, imagine the technology available for larger budgets. WiFi was introduced in 1998, so I would assume the topic is saying that surveillance has existed since it’s inception.

Quantum Physics Governments Secret Weapon

The weapons that are actually “secret” we probably don’t know of and could only guess. Although, it would seem obvious that governments will weaponize any new technology. What we do know is that Quantum Computers are right around the corner and its been said that they will revolutionize the world. Teleportation is now possible on a small scale due to quantum entanglement. The belief is that the government is a least a decade ahead of the populus as far as technology goes, so if these are the things we know about we can only imagine what those secrets are.

Some conspiracy theorists believe that Malbolge was deliberately designed as a form of digital cryptography or obfuscation, possibly to hide secret messages or to test the limits of human cognitive abilities in deciphering complex patterns.
