Lost episode of The Simpsons in which Lisa gets pregnant and reveals she’s Maggie’s actual mother. This usually shows up in hoax threads on /x/ but I really don’t put the idea completely past the writers of the Simpsons at the time. There is an episode called Mamma Lisa, in reference to the italian saying “Mamma Mia”
