Our calendars are not a perfect system to calculate the date. Currently the Gregorian calendar has leap years and months with different days in it, 10 days were removed after switching from the Juilian calendar. We also adjust the time for day light savings, all of these things to try to keep in sync with our celestial movement but in reality there are some huge flaws. History keeping has not been 100% reliable either, with wars, fires and other disaters wiping out records from entire eras.

Mengele used Auschwitz as an opportunity to continue his anthropological studies and research into heredity, using inmates for human experimentation.[3] His medical procedures showed no consideration for the health, safety, or physical and emotional suffering of the victims.[3][4] He was particularly interested in identical twins, people with heterochromia iridum (eyes of two different colors), dwarfs, and people with physical abnormalities. He performed horrific medical experiments, which history has recorded as mostly failures. During his time is it possible that he had unrecorded successes?

The Cagots (pronounced [ka.ɡo]) were a persecuted minority found in the west of France and northern Spain: the Navarrese Pyrenees, Basque provinces, Béarn, Aragón, Gascony and Brittany. Their name differed by province and the local language: Cagots, Gézitains, Gahets, and Gafets in Gascony; Agotes, Argotes, Agotak and Gafos in Basque country; Capots in Anjou and Languedoc; and Cacons, Cahets, Caqueux, and Caquins in Brittany. Evidence of the group exists back as far as AD 1000.
