A alien named Myziam decided to contact 4chan’s /x/ board and posted photos of earth from outside of our atmosphere. All the images were blurry and heavily filtered. Many claimed to be the original hoaxer that perpetuated the Myziam character but because of the anonymous nature of 4chan no conclusion was ever made.

I guess this is saying that the “Grey” Aliens are an underdeveloped human. Maybe somewhere in the path of evolution humans and Greys broke apart and while we evolved in a physical sense, maybe they evolved in a mental sense. Which is why they look weak but have advanced technology. I assume they left earth in the past and come back to visit occasionally.
