These are stem cells. HEK293 stands for Human Embryonic Kidney 293rd experiment. The process to remove these stem cells from a fetus is very gruesome. The fetus must be born and the brain, heart and kidneys must be removed without anesthesia. HEK293 is one of the most widely used cell lines, they were suspected in being used for the Covid19 mRNA vaccines.
