This is probably related to Simulation theory as well as the NPC theories. NPC’s usually are referring to the many humans that seem to be empty shells of people, they have no real feelings or motive in the world other than to fill space and make the world seem “lively”. Error Humans may be an NPC that was damaged in some way at some time and they do not function properly in society, they may come across as deranged to “normal” people. Error humans could also be referring to the human race in general and that it may be a natural error that we are even here on Earth. If you consider how much unlike other animals we are, and how so many of us are unacclimated to the environment here.
