Dick Cheney stole nuclear arms from an airforce base through an elaborate swap of “decoy nukes” between airforce bases that was authorized through an entire alternative chain of command. As you can imagine, declaring an alternative chain of command to run parallel with the existing and only chain of command for the airforce base in question isn’t just illegal, it defies logic and reason unless you are planning to cover something up. So John Wheeler III finds out, starts firing fucking everybody in this bs chain of com., and ends up murdered with his body thrown into a landfill of the side of a DC amtrak (remember when the news covered this body?).
