I suppose if some type of espionage was needed to be performed and some type of chemical or technology needed to be injected in to someone the most reliable source to get close to their skin would be a towel used after a shower. This topic originated in a hoax thread on /x/, but as with most topics (real or not) they seem to unintentionally point to something that could very well be real.
