Humans, especially ones closer to the poles, resemble aquatic mammals in biology. We lack fur. We have a subcutaneous layer of fat. We can consciously control breathing. There’s more to this as well. It’s not really a conspiracy theory. It’s a mainline evolutionary theory that’s goes in and out of vogue.***I don’t understand this at all but it comes from Elaine Morgan, crazy ol’ lady. The thought that some apes were more inclined to the water and a sub-species of humanity that evolved from them, so these people feel closer to water.
