This was posted in a hoax thread on /x/. 3 theories seem to be related 1. The internet is a medium for alien contact 2. There is an alien internet that people with abductee implants can access 3. The internet is a literal alien piezoelectircal organism. Idea that silicon microchips are alien tech either given to us or found by archaeologists.
