This “Tesla Pulse” is said to be a frequency that can manipulate time, matter, and consciousness, and was supposedly used in secret experiments like the Philadelphia Experiment. Some claim that the pulse is still in use today, hidden by governments and corporations to control the masses, or worse, to prepare for an unknown event.
