I believe this is a topic originated by Modem, although the thread it was found in does not adhere to the typical Modem format. My guess is that were-star is a combination of Werewolf and a Star observed in space. So the idea would be that the Star takes on Werewolf type qualities, one of which is that were-wolfs historically change from human to wolf man during a full moon. So if a were-star were some how to observe a full moon it would change in some way. This could also be referring to something like Star Syndrome, which is a rare disease which deforms its inhabitants. Or lastly, Stars, as in Celebrities. Suggesting that Celebrities are sometype of werewolf.
