There is evidence of future-predictions kept secret

I am unable to find the specific evidence, although you could say the preparedness or reaction to an event could indicate that someone was aware of said event. For example, several events involving the US Goverment, during the 9/11 attack indicated that there was previous knowledge of the attack. It may have been an inside job or perhaps a prediction was made. We know that the government had studied the abilities to see in to the future, how far has their abilities grown.
