A tribe of people in Africa that had knowledge of the sirius star system long before science had discovered it.
They claimed that they were given this knowledge by fish people from a planet orbiting Sirius b. They claimed that cannabis was given to them by these people and have a festival every year in honor of the fish people where they burn a bunch of weed and get stupid high. Interestingly, cannabis comes from Greek and means two dogs and Sirius is known as the Dog Star and there are 2 of them.
