I’m guessing that Tsuki is in reference to the Tsuki Project. The TSUKI (月) Project was a website based on the belief that our reality is just one system among many in the universe, and that when we die, we ascend to the next system. Several references to the anime TV series Serial Experiments Lain were present on the website and its multi-reality theories. And of course MJ-12 is referring to Majestic-12. Majestic-12 is is a purported organization that appears in UFO conspiracy theories. I suppose if you combine the two then Majestic-12 is a program or organization that is possibly keeping information suppressed about our reality and that the events they have participated in are all apart of this purpose.
