In 2019 an Anon purchased the pumpkin seeds and noticed they smelled strongy of some sort of chemicals. Anon tried contact the manufacturer and was unable to reach anyone, their website had been under construction for over a decade. Anon brought the story to /x/ and the detectives on /x/ conspired it to be a money laundering scheme. The “investigation” of Stone Creek become a bit of a meme on /x/ for quite a while.
