This was also posted in a conspiracy hoax thread on 4chan (link provided) although, the Dean Koontz book “The Eyes of Darkness” written in 1981 references a virus called Wuhan400 (which many people drew parrallels to the Covid19 virus). It could be referencing this, although with out having read the book I’m not sure what the dream part is about. Or it could be “Sudden arrhythmic death syndrome amongst Hmong refugees in the early 1980s. Nightmare on elms street was directly inspired by these strange occurrences.”
