Although this is probably true. Among Us is a mobile game where roughly 10 different player a forced to decieve each other to win. The concept is not entirely, the game Clue may have been the first mainstream version of this type of game. The strange thing with Among Us is that game was released in 2018, it did not see any popularity until 2020.
