This could refer to a few different things. First possibility, Rhnull or Golden Blood. It is an incredibly rare blood type (only 43 people are on record of having it, and only 9 people are donors) that can be used universally so it is only used in extreme cases, so it may be “forbidden” in use. Second, this may be a reference to vampires and their preference to blood types, although I don’t have much data to support that idea. And third it could have something to do with illuminati blood lines and how they view reproduction and how they keep their lineage homogenized.
