Certain Universes Are Constitutionally Incapable Of Progressing Past A Certain Level Of Spiritual Awareness. These Universes Exist Inside “Caves” Or “Enclosures” That Are The Very Fabric Of That Universe’S Natural Law. These Beings Are Ignorant And Stunted On Planes Of Understanding They Can’T Even Begin To Comprehend. Like Being Underwater And Not Even Having A Concept Of The Surface. There Is No Way Of Knowing If One Occupies One Of These Universes.
